Inbank, which has so far operated from the Loomemaja building on Niine Street in Tallinn, will move its headquarters to its own building in Telliskivi. The seven-storey M2 building will be completed in the Telliskivi TLN business campus in 2028.

According to Inbank CEO and Chairman of the Management Board Priit Põldoja, the current premises on Niine Street have become too small for the more than 200 employees in the Tallinn office and no longer meet the needs of the growing team.

“When looking for new premises, we intuitively turned to North Tallinn rather than the skyscrapers of the city centre. Perhaps because we see ourselves more as a technology company, and that makes us feel at home in Kalamaja,” said Põldoja.

According to the CEO, the Telliskivi business campus supports Inbank’s ways of working and meets employees’ expectations. Key factors in choosing the Telliskivi TLN campus included good accessibility by public transport, bicycle, and car, as well as a well-rounded infrastructure with dining options, sports facilities, and green areas.

“Of course, practical considerations such as functionality, accessibility, and a modern working environment are important. But for Inbank, the most important thing is that the office fits our culture and is a place where our people want to be together,” Põldoja added. “Although we have no restrictions on remote work, I still believe that the best ideas and team spirit emerge when people are in the same space.”

According to Katrina Šokman, Head of Telliskivi TLN, Inbank joining the campus is a milestone for the entire Telliskivi development and the M building project. “Inbank’s decision, as an international and rapidly growing financial company, to locate its headquarters in Telliskivi is a recognition of the new commercial buildings being developed here and the overall vision for the business campus. The addition of Inbank as an anchor tenant gives the M building a strong mark of quality and sends a clear signal to the market: Telliskivi TLN is becoming one of Tallinn’s most desirable working environments, where creativity, technology, and modern everyday life come together.”

Šokman added that these are the values that support company growth and a people-centred work culture. “With the M building development, we are creating flexible, sustainable, and easily accessible business spaces, enriched by a cohesive campus with green areas, services, and community meeting places. The M building, where Inbank will relocate its headquarters, fully supports the company’s development by bringing people into a collaboration-oriented environment,” she noted.

P&E Real Estate is developing a total of 20,000 square metres of commercial space in the new phase of the Telliskivi TLN business campus, located next to the Baltic Station, in the M building. The new M building, consisting architecturally of sections M1–M8, is designed jointly by KTA and Salto Architects. The interior design of Inbank’s office will be created by Studio ARGUS interior architects Birgit Palk and Margit Argus. The development project will be completed in 2028.

In addition to Tallinn, Inbank has offices in Riga, Vilnius, Kaunas, Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Prague.
